We work in a scaled agile model within an Agile Release Train and you will be part of the Global Application Delivery Train working on the key components of our B2B architecture. You will join our team of innovative leaders with diverse skills driving a journey to delight our customers. 

As a part of the B2B Delivery Team, we will work together on our global platform to develop world class digital experiences that will shape the future of eCommerce at Bose. You will be part of a software engineering culture that encourages collaboration, participation, and discussion at all levels.

We need an equally passionate Tech Lead with skills developing applications, who shares the same desire to create astonishing customer experiences and likes working in a collaborative Agile team environment. If this sounds like you, we want you to join our fast-growing team!

You will bring these skills and experience to make our team a center of excellence:

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer.
  • Be able to contribute to our eCommerce technology stack as a Developer.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4 or more years related work experience with at least 1 year of experience building, deploying and operating B2B-specific solutions (large scale, multi -country, multi-language Ecommerce B2B web sites are desirable)
  • Experience using and implementing Content Management solutions to drive frontend development.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP solutions is desirable.
  • Understanding of key B2B value chain components, and related business processes, trends, and best practices is desirable but not a requirement.
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture and B2B technologies are a plus.
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of customer-facing digital solutions, from design to implementation.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and addressing security and compliance considerations in B2B solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and reviewing solutions.
  • Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate with global engineering groups and stakeholders.
  • Effective at building collaborative partnerships and navigating organizational structures to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
  • Desire to explore, learn and crossover to new cloud B2B solutions are essential.
  • Previous involvement in replacing or modernizing/transforming legacy B2B systems and related business processes is appreciated.
  • Be a innovate problem solver.

You may also have these skills but if not, we will happily teach you:

  • Salesforce Core
  • Knowledge/experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience or exposure with Salesforce B2B products is desirable but not a requirement.
  • Exposure to other SF apps within the ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience or exposure with Middleware
