They are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their Automation Center of Excellence (COE) team to drive intelligent automation initiatives in support of their business functions.

 

About the role:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving automation initiatives within Bose. You will collaborate closely with citizen developers, fostering relationships and guiding them in identifying and prioritizing high-value automation opportunities. Your expertise in Business Process Automation will be instrumental as you define and automate processes across various domains including their Global Business Services, Supply Chain, and IT department. With a focus on intelligent automation, you will not only utilize tools like Automation Anywhere to streamline routine tasks, but also tackle non-routine processes and advanced automation challenges. Through peer reviews and training sessions, you will ensure that citizen developers adhere to best practices and standards, serving as a role model for their automation community.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and automate processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, particularly Automation Anywhere and the PMG Digital Business Platform.
  • Integrate automation solutions with various systems and applications used within the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Collaborate with citizen developers to identify and explore high-value automation opportunities across various business functions, including Global Business Services, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts to define and document processes for automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Train and mentor citizen developers on automation development best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Conduct peer reviews of citizen developers’ work to ensure adherence to best practice guidelines and standards defined in the Citizen Developer working agreement.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for automation solutions, addressing dayto-day issues and optimizing performance.
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for automation excellence within the organization
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Process Automation
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional (preferred), with experience in intelligent automation concepts.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes across multiple domains.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new automation tools and technologies.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
