About the role: Bryj is looking for a candidate who is excited to take on the role of Solutions Engineer in support of the (pre) sales process and help scale the pre (sales) operations in support of company growth. The Solution Engineer will have diverse skill set to be a key business & technology partner to the sales team to ensure that the customer needs and goals are realized.  
  • Project manage customer opportunities throughout the pre-sales and sales cycle. 
  • Interface with customers as a business & technology solution partner throughout the pre (sales) process, including attending and presenting at customer meetings. 
  • Gather and analyze business requirements/actions including current technology landscape from customer interviews & discussion, and synthesize into key insights to support solutioning towards customer needs. 
  • Prepare and assemble PoCs, demos, proposals (scope and quote), and other supporting customer materials (presentation, Q&A, etc.) under time constraints. 
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, operations and delivery teams to synthesize solutions that leverages Bryj solutions to create value for customers. 
  • Ensure customer deliverables are of the highest quality. 
  • Approach every customer opportunity with up-sell and cross-sell in mind. 
Skills and Experience: 
  • Working knowledge of sales cycle and process, business ROI, and mobile app and web development process & technology.
  • Ability to work at all levels and understand strategic business issues.
  • Ability to use web-based tools and follow technical processes
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to visualize, simplify, and explain complex technical and business solutions.
  • Ability to create and present conceptual designs and case studies.
  • Technical and business innovation skills.
  • In addition, efficiency, integrity, organization, proactivity, enthusiasm and adaptability are the soft skills that will help you succeed in this position.   
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant direct work experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English (native fluency). French speakers (native fluency) is a plus. 
  • Working experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft 365 & or similar.
