Leroy Merlin is recruiting a Business Analyst

What you'll do:
  • Identifying the needs and pain points of the internal client, responding to requests with tailored solutions and mitigation actions;
  • Assessing user satisfaction with digital products;
  • Ensuring the relationship between the business and the technical component, addressing internal client doubts regarding the selection of digital products and managing their implementation;
  • Defining, in partnership with the business, the roadmap for digital products;
  • Identifying business needs and maintaining the implementation/evolution backlog;
  • Developing and monitoring the budget for products;
  • Being responsible for the effective support of digital products;
  • Developing procedures for different support levels and overseeing their implementation;
  • Ensuring the availability of required documentation (commercial and confidentiality contracts);
  • Ensuring the provision of manuals for digital products and other training materials;
  • Recording all technical documentation, including jobs, flows, and backups;
  • Ensuring the correct implementation of defined architectures and appropriate design standards for projects;
  • Mastering the integration tools and modules used at Leroy Merlin Portugal and ADEO;
  • Identifying and proposing advantageous improvements for solutions, supported by relevant data;
  • Ensuring compliance with rules regarding Data, Architecture, and Security.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Technology, or similar;
  • Experience of at least 5 years in similar roles;
  • Experience using OPENBRAVO software (Preferred);
  • Experience with POS retail systems;
  • Knowledge of SAF-T (Preferred);
  • Interpersonal relationships and teamwork;
  • Fluency in English.
    Good knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
