Office Assistant



Damia Portugal is now looking for an Office Assistant, to be responsible for the office and help both the People and Finance departments with the administrative duties, on-site.



  • Good MS Office skills;

  • Passion for learning and working in a growing team;

  • Ability to multi-task at all levels;

  • Be a practical person with a can-do attitude;

  • You’re a very organized and dynamic person;

  • You speak English;

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar will be a big advantage



People and Office:

  • Control our office stocks (merchandising and supplies);

  • Help getting more protocols to our employees/company;

  • Update our database with new information (stocks, event budgets, etc);

  • Help to find suppliers for our team buildings/events;

  • Make sure that computers and the remaining tools are available and ready for use;

  • Handle the post and parcels;

  • Manage HBO and Spotify accounts;

  • Schedule appointments in any public services (Segurança Social, Finanças, IEFP, etc);

  • Scheduling hotels, travels, team buildings, etc;

  • Be responsible for the Safety and Work of the office – comply with requests and ensure everything in the office is in order.


  • Tracking and reconciling bank statements, processing payments, maintaining cost

    reports and managing invoices;

  • Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry);

  • Helping with procurement processes (market research and cost analysis, schedule

    meetings, implement procurement process);

  • Invoicing clients;

  • Control of the Company cash sheet.
