Damia Portugal is now looking for an Office Assistant, to be responsible for the office and help both the People and Finance departments with the administrative duties, on-site.
Good MS Office skills;
Passion for learning and working in a growing team;
Ability to multi-task at all levels;
Be a practical person with a can-do attitude;
You’re a very organized and dynamic person;
You speak English;
Previous experience in an administrative role or similar will be a big advantage
People and Office:
Control our office stocks (merchandising and supplies);
Help getting more protocols to our employees/company;
Update our database with new information (stocks, event budgets, etc);
Help to find suppliers for our team buildings/events;
Make sure that computers and the remaining tools are available and ready for use;
Handle the post and parcels;
Manage HBO and Spotify accounts;
Schedule appointments in any public services (Segurança Social, Finanças, IEFP, etc);
Scheduling hotels, travels, team buildings, etc;
- Be responsible for the Safety and Work of the office – comply with requests and ensure everything in the office is in order.
Tracking and reconciling bank statements, processing payments, maintaining cost
reports and managing invoices;
Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry);
Helping with procurement processes (market research and cost analysis, schedule
meetings, implement procurement process);
Control of the Company cash sheet.
