About:
Enlitia is a fast-growing startup that specializes in developing cutting-edge algorithms for the renewable energy industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will take charge of initiating and driving long-term projects, contribute actively to daily team meetings to foster effective communication and task alignment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code following our established processes. Code maintenance and comprehensive testing will also be integral to your responsibilities.
About the role:
- Take ownership of starting and leading long-term projects, leveraging your expertise to drive their success.
- Actively participate in daily team meetings, ensuring open communication channels and smooth task coordination.
- Deliver high-quality code that adheres to our standard development process, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Regularly maintain and test code to uphold optimal performance and user experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Technical expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, NestJs, MongoDB, Rest, and Microservices.
- A comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Prior experience working with Agile methodologies, promoting adaptability and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and idea sharing.
- Proactive approach with a determination to achieve tangible goals.
- Autonomy and self-confidence to take on challenges and deliver results with efficiency.
