KLx is recruiting a Data Scientist / Systems Administrator
About: KLx is an IT company based in Lisbon that specializes in the banking and insurance industry. KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.
About the role: As a Data Scientist you will integrate a team of supervision of the services rendered of the Internal Transversal Applications (issuance of authorizations, automatic withdrawals, …).
Your main mission will be:
- Calculate the costs of the construction project for the implementation of service supervision batches
- Develop test indicators, collections and indicators, and presentation screens according to the following technologies: ElasticSearch. Kibana, Logstash and Shell
- Create and specify alerts, and write the specifications for implementation and integration with the production hypervisor
- Participate in the integration and approval of indicators
- Write in cooperation with the teams the roles to be applied in the event of alerts
- Prepare releases
- Validate the functioning of production
- Provide application support in events like issues
- Collect and challenge business and functional needs in terms of service supervision
- Integrate preliminary studies of the sectors in the specifications of the prerequisites necessary for the supervision of service
- Propose indicators to the sectors to guarantee the visibility of issues potentially having a customer impact (service not delivered)
- Manage the costs/deadlines/quality of the batch(es) to be implemented and carry out the reporting
- This person must have the ability to code, to manage the application solutions and the teams of developers/integrators concerned
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related experience
- French speaker (minimum considered B2) and good knowledge of English – mandatory
- More than 3 years of professional experience in Data Scientist / Systems Administrator roles
- Understanding and previous experience in ElasticSearch and it’s nice to have if you know and worked with Logstash e Kibana
- Experience in ITIL e Agile
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
